Grace is both a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) and Registered Acupuncturist (R.Ac.), allowing her to draw from a broad range of therapeutic approaches and create an individualized treatment plan based on each patient’s needs, comfort level and goals. Her massage therapy experience includes Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, sports massage, trigger point techniques, lymphatic drainage, reflexology and pregnancy massage. She also has extensive experience working with patients experiencing muscular tension, restricted mobility and persistent discomfort involving areas such as the neck, shoulders, back, hips and legs. Grace’s additional experience includes therapeutic approaches such as cupping, moxibustion and hot stone therapy, where appropriate. What patients especially appreciate about Grace is her whole-person approach. Rather than providing the same treatment to everyone, she listens carefully, evaluates the areas of concern and adapts the pressure, techniques and treatment approach to the individual.
